You can either assign a role (or multiple roles) to a user when you invite them to the system, or after they've been invited. 

One person can be assigned multiple roles, just as someone in your organization may wear multiple hats!

Assigning a Role to a New User

  1. Once you've clicked "Invite User," click the box that says "Apply Role(s)" to choose a role

Assigning a Role to an Existing User

  1. From the main navigation, click "Users"
  2. Click on the pencil to the far right of the user you wish to edit
  3. A popup will appear with user details, click the box for "Apply Role(s)" to choose roles
