Any admin user can create a Subject within Trainual. First, click "Subjects" on the left sidebar. You'll see a grid of all published Subjects. 

To create a new one, click the green "Create Subject" button. In the resulting popup, enter the name of the Subject (don't worry, you can change this later). A good name would be the department, position, or type of material that you will be creating training content for. 

*Though multiple people can access a Subject simultaneously, we recommend that you do not collaborate on creating/editing Topics or Steps at the same time. Our system auto-saves, and if more than one person is updating a Step or Topic, they may accidentally edit or delete another user's work.
