One of the best ways to train visual learners is through video or photo screen capture.

Mac OS has two great options.

For Photos, Shift + Command + 4 activates the default Screen Grab tool. Just select the area that you'd like to copy, and the image will be saved to your desktop. Then, you can upload an image right into your training content by clicking on the photo button.

For Video, open Quicktime Player and select "New Screen Recording" from the File menu. Click the record button, and then select the area that you'd like to record. Press record again and you're live!

When you save your video, you'll have to upload it to a video hosting service like Youtube, Vimeo, or Wista. Then, paste the video embed code into your training content by clicking on the video button.
