When a user views the Library, they will see the titles and descriptions of all Subjects for your organization. They will not be able to view content within Subjects they are not assigned.
When a user requests access to a new Subject, they will no longer have the ability to request access again while they wait for approval. The button will become grayed out.
From the admin view, the user and request will appear under Subject Access Requests. New requests will reside on the Open Requests page.
Once an admin approves a request to access a new Subject in the library, the user will get an email letting them know they’ve been granted access and can now view the content.
If a request to a new Subject is denied, it will appear under "Archived Requests" in the top right-hand corner. The user will also receive notification that they were denied access to the requested content.
