Add Synthesia Videos in Trainual

Synthesia videos can only be embedded into Trainual content using Iframe code (not a Synthesia share URL). You'll need to remove any <div> tags from the Synthesia-provided code before pasting it into Trainual’s Iframe tool.

👉 Follow these steps to add a Synthesia video in Trainual: 

1. Copy the Iframe embed code from Synthesia (not the share link).

2. Remove any <div> tags so only the <iframe>...</iframe> code remains.

   • If you are unfamiliar with <div> tags, they typically look like this:
     • <div style="EXAMPLE"><iframe src="EXAMPLE"></iframe></div>

3. Open the Trainual content where you want to add the video.

4. Click the "Insert" tab → "Iframe" feature in the toolbar.

5. Paste the cleaned up Iframe code into the drop-down text box.

6. Click the "Add iframe" button to apply your Synthesia video.
