Blank Page in Trainual

Learn how to troubleshoot a blank page anywhere in the Trainual platform.


Why is Trainual showing a blank page or not loading? 

A blank page in Trainual is usually caused by cached browser data (AKA "Cookies"). Your browser may be trying to load an outdated version of the page you're on. Clearing your browser cookies for Trainual typically resolves this!

🍪 How to clear Trainual cookies: 

  1. Right-click anywhere on the blank Trainual page.

  2. Select "Inspect" from the menu (this opens your browser's developer tools).

  3. Click the "Application" tab.

  4. Go to "Storage" "Cookies" using the developer menu.

  5. Right-click on Trainual under "Cookies" and select "Clear."

  6. Close the developer tool and refresh the page.
