E-Signature Issues: Known Issues and How to Report Them to Trainual

❓ Are you experiencing an issue with e-signatures?
We are currently aware of an issue affecting e-signatures in Trainual. Our engineering team is actively investigating and working on a fix.

🔎  What we know so far:
Some e-signature users are experiencing an "Oh no - your document won't load. You'll need some help to e-sign and continue. Please reach out to the Trainual support team for help. Try Again" error message when attempting to load and sign a Trainual document.

❗ If this issue matches what you're seeing, this is what we need from you:
To make sure your e-signature report matches this issue and is accurately recorded, please share the following details:

• Your email address: 
• The full content name and/or URL of the document affected: 
• What you saw in-app when the issue happened (error message, blank page, signature didn't save, document never arrived, etc.)

Please note: The more detail you can provide us with, the better we can troubleshoot what may be happening in your user account.
