Edit A Role

Learn how to edit a role within your Trainual account.

Are you looking to edit or delete an existing role? Learn how to manage a role from the Roles page! 🎉

To edit a Role:

  1. Click people on your accounts left navigation

  2. Select roles from the dropdown

  3. Click directly on the role you want to edit

  4. You can do the following on the role manager page:

    1. Edit the role title

    2. Add or edit the role description

    3. Add or edit Responsibilities

    4. Add or remove Subjects attached to the role

    5. Add or remove People assigned to the role

To delete a Role:

  1. Click people on your accounts left navigation

  2. Select roles from the dropdown

  3. Click the three dots to the right of the role you want to delete

  4. Click delete

  5. Click confirm
