Let's say a team member takes a test with a written response question. They met the minimum word count requirement, so Trainual marked it correct. BUT...when you review their response, you find it's not hitting the expectation. Time to reassign the quiz!
How to reassign a test to a single user
Navigate to the People page.
Click "Manage."
Locate the user and click on their name to bring up their profile page.
Click the "Manage" button in the "Subjects Assigned" section.
Click the arrow ">" next to the subject title containing the test you want to clear.
If you do not extend the Subject, you cannot select the test to clear completion.
Click on the check box next to the test you want to reassign.
Click the "Clear Completion" button.
The test has been reassigned, and the user will be notified that they have new content to complete. The test will also appear in the "Up Next" box on the user's my desk page.
