Organizing and managing your team's Roles is one of the most effective ways to get your business playbook in the hands of your team. The Role Manager page is where you can bulk-assign content to your team based on what their responsibilities are and outline job expectations. Are you ready?

After you have created Roles in your Trainual account, you can manage each Role on its Role Manager page. You can navigate to the Role Manager page for any Role by clicking People on the left-hand navigation bar > clicking Roles > and selecting a Role.

First, you'll want to give a high-level overview of the Role.

To add a Role description:

  1. Click the pencil on the right-hand side of "Enter Role Description"

  2. Add a quick blurb about what a person with this Role does, how they are involved in the company, and/or how they make an impact
