You can assign content to your teammates based on their responsibilities using roles. Not only does this help you strategically build out your content, but it serves as a powerhouse for getting your playbook into the hands of your teammates.

To create a new role from the Roles page:
Navigate to the Roles page by clicking People on the left-hand navigation bar and clicking "Roles."
Click "Create Role" on the top right-hand corner.
Type in a title for your role.
🔥 Tip: Not sure where to start? Click the dropdown next to "Create Role" (mentioned in step #2) and click "Suggested Roles." Add common roles for your industry by clicking the ones you want to use. When you're all done, click "Save."
To create a new role from the Manage page:
Navigate to the Manage People page by clicking People on the left-hand navigation bar and clicking Manage.
Click the Filters button.
Click the Add Role link.
Add the name of the role.
Select the subjects to associate with the role.
🔥 Tip: You can filter the subjects page to show only the subjects associated with a select role. Click the Filters button > click the Roles dropdown menu > select a Role > click Apply.
