Have a document or file you want to link in your Trainual Step? Look no further!
You can embed most file types in Trainual - .pdf, .csv, .xlsx, .xls, .docx, .doc, .mp3, .mov, .jpg, and more!
To insert a file:
Navigate to the Subject > Topic > Step you would like to insert the file into
In your Step toolbar, click the 'More Rich' button that looks like this +:
Click "Upload File"
Drag and drop, or click, or insert your file!
That's it! Your file will appear as a link in your Trainual Step 💪

🚨Please note: Our maximum file upload size is 25MB for images and 50MB for all other file types. If you have a file larger than this, we recommend uploading it to a file-sharing site such as Dropbox and then linking to the file inside of Trainual.
