Once your Subject is published and ready to go, it's time for you to assign it to your team!
To assign a team member to a Subject:
Navigate to your Subject by clicking on the page where your Subject lives on the left-hand navigation bar (Company, Policies, or Processes)
Click "Manage Users"
Click the "+ Assign User" feature
Click on each person you want to assign to the Subject. A green "Added!" notification will appear next to each person you click on.
Click away from the "+ Assign User" popup to see all of the people who have been added to the Subject. A green "New" indication will appear next to those who you are currently adding.
Click "Confirm" to acknowledge the changes to content access for the Subject

Question: Can I bulk-assign content?
Answer: Absolutely! Learn how to streamline your content assignment by Bulk-Assigning Content Using Roles
Question: Can I assign content at the Topic or level?
Answer: At this time, you are unable to assign content at the Topic or Step level. As a workaround, we recommend that you duplicate your Subject and delete any unwanted Topics while only leaving the select Topic(s) that you want certain users to see.
Question: Can I assign content to people outside of my Trainual account?
Answer: At this time, you can only assign content to active people who have been added to your Trainual account.
Question: Can I assign content before it's published?
Answer: Yes, you can assign content to your users at any time! However, your team members will not see the content or know that they are assigned until the content is published.
