Looking for a way to find content in your Trainual account quickly? The search feature allows you to search your content and filter your results by subjects, topics, steps, tests, people, and roles in your account.
Follow the steps below to begin your search!
To search your Trainual content:
You can log in to your Trainual account.
Locate the search bar in the top navigation bar.
Click on the search bar.
Type the keywords for which you are searching.
Hit enter.
Your search results will populate.
Filter results using the tabs at the top of the page. 🎉
📝 Please Note
All users can only search for content they have access to in their account.
The search bar will yield and prioritize results based on a search term's frequency within the content and length of the step, topic, or subject.
Adding specific SEOs or hashtags to your content may help make it more searchable to your employees if there is company language or phrases that are used often in-house. Just be sure everyone has easy access to that list of words or is made aware of them. 😉
