You can duplicate content on the Subject, Topic, or Step level.

To make a duplicate copy of content:

  1. Navigate to your Subject by clicking on the page where your Subject lives on the left-hand navigation bar (Company, Policies, or Processes)

  2. If making a copy of a Topic or Step, expand your content by using the dropdown on the left

  3. Click the three dots on the far right-hand side of the Subject, Topic, or Step you'd like to duplicate

  4. Select "Duplicate"

  5. Choose a name for your duplicate content. Keeping the default name will add the word "Duplicate" at the end of the first copy's name.

  6. Click "Save"

If you'd like, you can move your duplicated content to another Subject or Topic by dragging and dropping or using the "Move To" option.
