To view the Up Next feature, click the "My Desk" tab on the left-hand navigation bar.

Your team will see what's up next based on the following order:

  1. Subjects in order displayed on the Company page (top to bottom)

  2. Subjects in order displayed on the Policy page (top to bottom)

  3. Subjects in order of Collection displayed on the Process page (top to bottom)

  • Only Subjects that require completion will appear in the Up Next section of My Desk. Reference Subjects will not be included in the Up Next section.

  • Only published Subjects will appear in the Up Next section of My Desk. Unpublished Subjects will not be included in the Up Next section.

  • Only the content assigned to a person will appear in the Up Next section of their My Desk.

  • Only Billing Admins & Admins can change the order Subjects appear on the Company, Policies, and Processes pages to prioritize the Up Next section
