Step 1: The Review Process πŸ€”

Just as it sounds, in the review process you'll make sure the tangible product (aka Subjects, Topics and Steps) you'll be delivering to achieves the desired outcome.

You'll know you are ready for this process when:

  • You have several Published Subjects, ready to be assigned

  • You have one or more Role(s) setup

  • You have a clear understanding of the message you want to deliver to specific people, and the purpose that message will serve

Step 2: The Communication Process πŸ—£

This is the part where we get very excited! For team buy-in, let your people know what's in it for them. Here you'll want to bring all the reasons why you chose to partner with Trainual front-of mind.

Step 3: The Scaling Process πŸ“ˆ

So, how do we scale this thing? Start with what you already have in place and build up from there.

  • Do you have live (synchronous) training on the schedule?

  • Do you have old video recordings with team meetings or trainings?
    πŸ‘ You'll need to upload to a site (such as YouTube or Vimeo) to get a URL for that video. Check out Embedding Video Into Your Account for more instruction on this!

  • Do you have Word, PowerPoint, or other docs that capture your current (or old) process?
    πŸ‘ Copy and paste that content into your Trainual step, then edit the process to make sure the content is up to date.

Then what? In one word: Feedback.

Documentation in your business is never "done." As you scale, evolve, pivot, change and grow.... so will your content. One great way to continue leveling-up your content is to foster a culture of giving feedback.

How? Start by asking for it and establishing a system for tracking it.

  • Embed a survey (like Typeform or Google Form)

  • Link a gDoc or gSheet

  • Include an email address and instructions for feedback
