# Enable Content PDF Exports

## Learn how to toggle on or off the account setting for enabling content PDF exports.

The ability to export or print subject, document, and flowchart content as a PDF can be enabled or disabled for your whole Trainual account. Find out how below!

👉 Before you start:

- This feature option is available on all Trainual plans.
- Admin+ permission levels have the ability to toggle on or off the "Enable PDF downloads" account setting *and* export content from the account.
- [**Subject owners**](https://help.trainual.com/en/articles/5600870-subject-owners?hsLang=en) can also export content, regardless of their permission level, but have *no* control over account settings.

### Enable content PDF exports:

1. **Expand** **the** "**Account**" **options** from the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Choose "**Settings**."
3. Open the "**Content**" **tab**.
4. Locate the "**Enable PDF downloads**" setting and **toggle it** on or off.

5. **Hit the** "**Save**" **button** at the bottom of the page to apply your account update.
