Why are some user fields locked on HR or payroll system-synced profiles, and can I unlock them?
Yes — you can unlock user profile fields like job title, reports to/manager, and start date if you'd rather manually manage them directly in Trainual. By default, these stay locked and synced post-integration from your HR or payroll system to keep your records accurate, but if you decide to unlock a field, it'll stop that sync and hand the manual control and responsibility over to you.

Which HR or payroll systems does Trainual support for multi-entity syncing?
Multi-entity syncing is currently available on the ADP Run, ADP Workforce Now, Paychex Flex, Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity, UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and Workday integrations. All other supported systems sync a single entity at a time.
