Build new multi-page documents with AI content creation:

  1. Expand the "Content" options from the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Select "All content."

  3. Click the "Create" button.
  4. Select "Document" from the drop-down.
  5. Choose the "Build for me" option from the pop-up window.

  6. Set the basics (audience, tone, length, and key details).

  7. Add the remaining information (content name, owner, category, etc.).
  8. Hit the "Build document" button.
  9. Adjust the information as needed. 


Update existing pages with AI content creation:

AI content creation helps you add targeted material to strengthen existing training or completely rebuild it for a fresh start.

  3. Choose "Add new content" from the pop-up window.

  4. Set your decision points (audience, tone, and length).

  5. Enter clear prompts. Think of what successful key details are needed here?


  6. Hit the "Build for me" button to generate the content. 

  7. Adjust the information as needed.

Can AI content creation generate images?
It will add placeholders where it suggests adding visuals, but it cannot create images at this time. We’re currently exploring this as a possible feature enhancement.


Does any of our data leave Trainual when using AI content creation?
Trainual uses OpenAI’s paid API to generate helpful, accurate responses. The content you submit is processed securely and temporarily — it is not stored or logged beyond 30 days, or used to train OpenAI’s models whatsoever. OpenAI’s ongoing model improvements occur independently of Trainual customer data.


How can I submit my feedback and ideas about features?
