👉 Before you start:

• Only Billing Admins have control over changes and updates to a Trainual plan.
• For more specifics around which areas of the account and pieces of content your employees can access, review their permissions and subject access.

Non-profit discount overview:

Eligible non-profit organizations receive 50% off Trainual for their plan's lifetime.

✅ To qualify:

• Your organization must be a registered non-profit entity.
• You need documentation of your non-profit status (e.g., 501(c)(3) letter).

After approval, the discount will be applied to your base plan for all future billing.

Apply for a non-profit discount:

1. Submit your non-profit application.

2. Have your proof of non-profit status ready.
3. Keep a lookout for a follow-up email from our Support team and provide them with the required documentation to complete the process.
