      Upgrade Your Trainual Plan

      Learn how to unlock more Trainual power by moving your account to a higher-tier subscription.


      Stay on top of your company's growth by expanding your toolkit. Upgrade in-app to access all of Trainual’s features so you can keep building with confidence and ease.



      👉 Before you start:

      • Only Billing Admins have control over a Trainual plan and seat adjustments.
      • If you signed up with Trainual before July 28th, 2025, access to upgrade your plan will look different. Please reach out to support for more details.
      • For more specifics around which areas of the account and pieces of content your employees can access, review their permissions and subject access.

      Upgrading your current Trainual plan:

      1. Expand the "Account" options from the left-hand navigation menu.

      2. Select "Plans."

      3. Click the "Purchase" button under the desired subscription listing. 

      4. Review the "Checkout" details and make any updates, like to the seat count. 

        • 🔥 Tip: Double-check that the card on file is correct! If updates are needed, click the pencil icon near your card information and make any changes.

      5. Review the "Payment summary" from the grey-colored, right-hand menu

      6. Hit the "Upgrade" button to finalize your choice.

      📝 Please note: When you upgrade your plan, the system will automatically credit any unused time from your current plan toward the new one, so you’ll only pay immediately for the prorated difference during this current billing cycle.
