The mobile app is available for all plans and permission levels.
Remember, the Trainual app is intended for users to complete training, refer back to policies and procedures, and search for content on their iPhones, Androids, or iPads. To build brand-new content, you must access Trainual via a desktop browser.
Check your device compatibility by using the steps listed down below.

Go to βSettings" on your phone.
Click βGeneral.β
Select βAbout.β
If your iPhone is not compatible, simply go back to βGeneralβ > click βSoftware Updateβ > click βDownload and Install.β

Go to βSettingsβ on your phone.
Click βAbout Phone.β
Scroll down to βAndroid Version.β
If your phone is not compatible, simply go back to βSettingsβ > click βSystem Updateβ > download by clicking βYes.β
To download the Trainual application on your iPhone:
Go to the home screen of your iPhone.
Find and open the App Store application.
Click the Search button from the bottom right corner.
Use the search bar at the top of the page to type in βTrainual," then select the corresponding listing.
Hit the βGetβ button once you see it available on the Trainual app page.
Complete any system security measures, like double-clicking your power button on your phone and/or completing facial recognition. Otherwise, just hit βInstallβ to continue.
Open your app once it's installed and follow the "To log into the Trainual App" instructions listed later in this help article.

My device is saying I need an Apple account/ID and password to download an application. What do I do?
You will need to be sure an Apple account/ID and password are linked to the device you are attempting to use in this process.
If you do not know or remember your Apple ID (which is normally an email address), contact Apple support directly or see their online resources for assistance. After you've put in your Apple credentials, Trainual will begin to download.

Your phone may mention or alert you that it is βProcessing Paymentβ at the bottom of the screen to let you know that the application is installing.
Donβt panic! The Trainual application is and always will be, completely free. You are not being charged to take these actions π
To download the Trainual application on your Android:
Go to the Home Screen of your Android.
Click the βGoogle Playβ application
Click the white search bar at the top of the page and type in βTrainualβ
Click βGoβ
Click on the Trainual icon > click βInstallβ > and click βAcceptβ
Open your app once it's installed and follow the "To log into the Trainual App" instructions listed later in this help article.
To log into the Trainual application for the first time:
Open Trainual from your mobile device.
Log in using the email and password associated with your Trainual account and click "Sign in." If you've forgot your password, simply reset it.
Hit βAccount,β select the desired account from the drop-down menu, and use the βSelectβ button to proceed.
Navigate through all the informational prompts and action items by selecting βNextβ to move forward.
Optional: Choose βNotify Meβ and βAllowβ to enable notifications to come through from the Trainual application so you never miss a beat! πͺ
Click βLetβs Go!β to finalize your choices and hop into Trainual to get started!
π Please note: When you log in using the mobile app, you will see βMy Deskβ (aka your Trainual homepage) at the top of the application, letting you know that you are in the central zone to go through all the sections you have access to and the features the Trainual mobile app offers.

π₯ Tip: You can access your in-app notifications by clicking on your avatar from the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Any notifications that you've enabled on your mobile device can be reviewed there and will also be sent out to you via email.
