Learn how to integrate Zenefits with Trainual.
Automate how you take people from just hired to fully onboarded with the Zenefits integration.
✅ To enable this integration with Trainual you will need Company Administrator access, with the ability to add and remove admins, within your Zenefits account.
To Connect Your Zenefits Account:

Log into your Trainual account

Expand the Account options from the left-hand navigation menu and choose "Integrations."

Find Zenefits and click, Read More.

Click Connect Your Zenefits account.

A pop-up will appear prompting you to sign in to your existing Zenefits account. Sign In!
📝 Once logged into your Zenefits account, you'll notice the "Connect your provider account" button is disabled. This means the connection was successful!
Once your integration is connected, you're ready to invite your team. 🙌
To Invite Your Zenefits Team:
Option 1

From the Zenefits page, click Invite My Team; this will lead you to the Users page and open the import modal.

Select team members and verify email addresses and set permissions.

Invite users by selecting Invite Now or Invite Later option.

A confirmation window will appear, indicating how many team members are invited. Close this window.
Option 2

Head straight to the Users page.

Click on the Invite User dropdown.

Select import Zenefits users.

Select team members and verify email addresses and set permissions.

Invite users by selecting Invite Now or Invite Later option.

A confirmation window will appear, indicating how many team members are invited. Close this window.
Once all team members are invited, we'll send a notification your way letting you know you've successfully invited your team. Feel free to continue working within the Trainual app while we bring your new users over! 🎉
