No account Found with Email Address:
Suppose you are attempting to log into your Trainual account from the Sign In button on our website and receive the message " No account found with the email address" this is due to the system not associating the email address with a Trainual account. Your account could be associated with a different email address, or your profile may have been archived within the account.
β Please check if the email has been spelled correctly and attempt to enter the address again. If you still receive the same message, please contact the Account Admin to confirm the email on file is correct and that the profile is active.
Invalid Email or Password:
If, after entering your login credentials and pressing Go, you receive the message "Invalid email or password," either the email or password entered is incorrect.
β Please re-enter the email and password, ensuring that both are correctly entered.
β If you do not remember your password:
Press the 'Forgot password?' button
Enter your email
Click 'Reset'
You will then receive a password reset email within 10 minutes.
Account has been canceled:
If you receive the 'your account has been canceled' message when logging in, the account has been canceled.
