After you have created a Role in your Trainual account, you can add all of the Responsibilities of someone with that Role. This is the best way to communicate job-specific expectations to your teammates. Documenting Responsibilities in Trainual keeps your team accountable, so you won't be hearing...

To add a Responsibility:
Navigate to the People page on the left-hand navigation bar
Click Roles
Select a Role you want to edit
Click + Add Responsibility
List a duty or task that is owned by a person with this Role
Click Save
There might be some extra Responsibilities that you want to document for just one of your teammates. You can do add these too!
To add other Responsibilities for a single person:
Navigate to your teammate's profile by clicking People on the left-hand navigation bar > clicking the Manage page > and clicking on a person
Click the Responsibilities tab
Toggle Admin mode on
Click + Add in the Other Responsibilities section
List a duty or task that is owned by this specific person
Click "Save"
Wouldn't it be cool if you could add context for each Responsibility by linking your Trainual content? By your company's webpage? Or another outside source that provides more detail? Look no further than Responsibility links!
To add a link to a Responsibility:
Click the link button on the right-hand side of a Responsibility
Paste your desired URL
Click Save
To edit or remove the Responsibility link, click the three dots on the right-hand side of a Responsibility and choose your desired action
🔥 Tip: Right-click on a Subject in the Subjects Assigned section and select "Copy link address." This makes it easy to add the Subject link to a Responsibility. That way, when your teammate goes to their Responsibilities section in their profile, they can learn more about their expectations by using the quick links to Trainual content.
