Are you running into issues or experiencing errors? Let’s check what browser you’re using!

Browsers play a large part in the performance of many platforms, including ours. We have found some browsers, such as Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge, don’t get updated as often, resulting in wonky product issues. This is why we suggest using Google Chrome for the best experience because it receives the most updates and is compatible with many platforms.

We’re big fans of Chrome around here 😍, but Trainual also supports Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

With Google Chrome, there are some extensions that will block Trainual from working within the browser. If you have the following extensions enabled - you will run into issues with opening Trainual on your desktop:

  • Security Badger

  • Quickpage

  • uBlock origin

*Internet Explorer users may have a poor experience due to limited Microsoft support -- Microsoft is no longer providing patches or updates to their product, so we’re unable to serve our customers using IE properly. We recommend downloading one of the browsers mentioned above for the best experience!
