Start a free Performance trial:

The best way to know if Performance is right for you is to see it in action with your own team. You can start a free trial at any time from your billing page in-app.

  1. Expand "Account" from the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Select "Billing."

  3.  Locate the "Performance suite" box under the "Account limits usage" section.

  4. Click the "Start trial" button and review the trial notes in the pop-up.

  5. Hit “Start the trial” to proceed. You and your Billing Admins will get automatic access right away. You can add more people from the "Manage users" page. 

📝 Please note: Your free Performance trial lasts 14 days from the day you start it, during which time you’ll have full access to every feature and up to 100 trial user seats! 🤩

🔥 Tip: Ease in with a quick win, like adding some team praise, then dive into test-running the major features, like running a mock review cycle.


Subscribe to the Performance suite:

Loved your trial? Ready to make it official? 🤩 Buy Performance when you're ready, during or after your trial, and everything your team has already built carries over.

  1. Expand "Account" from the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Select "Billing."

  3. Locate the "Performance suite" box under the "Account limits usage" section.

  4. Click the "Buy now" button to open the checkout page.

  5. Review the suite pricing and lock in your starting seat count from your cart.

  6. Hit the "Continue to payment" button to proceed.

  7. Confirm the payment method on file is correct. Update it now, if needed, by clicking on the pencil icon.

  8. Double-check your “Order summary” details, including your starting seat count, the subscription start date, your annual renewal date, etc.

  9. Check the box to agree to Trainual's Terms of Service.

  10. Click the “Place order” button to complete your purchase. The Performance suite is now active in your Trainual account! 🎉

FAQs:

Will I be charged and subscribed automatically when my Performance trial ends? 
No. Your Performance suite trial won’t turn into a paid subscription on its own. You’ll only be charged to the card on file if you choose to buy the Performance suite. 


How much does the Performance suite cost? 
You can check Performance suite pricing inside your account at any time from your billing page. Just click “Buy now” on the Performance suite box, and enter the seat count you're considering to your cart to see the total (before taxes). Don't worry — nothing will be charged until you actually place the order. 😌


How is the Performance suite priced and charged?
The Performance suite uses per-user, per-month pricing, billed annually. 


Can I buy a Performance suite subscription with fewer than 10 seats?
Even if your team is smaller, you’ll start the subscription with a minimum of 10 seats.


Will I lose my Performance suite data if my trial ends before I buy?
Your Performance data is saved, but you'll no longer have direct access to it. Any praise, feedback, reviews, or growth areas you’ve added stay in your account, ready for you to pick up from when you purchase Performance.


How can I submit my feedback and ideas about features?
