Learn how to view and pull a report for your team members, subjects, and account activity!

Need to pull a report on subject completion? Want to see the details on how your teammate's completion scores look? What has recently happened within your Playbook? Check out how to make the most of your reports page! πŸ‘‡


πŸ“Š Subject reports

You can use the subjects report page to navigate and view the completion rates of a subject and the topics it contains. You can also download a copy of your subject reports as well.

πŸ‘€ View the subject reports page:

  1. Click Reports in the side navigation bar.

  2. Click on the Subject Report section.

  3. *Optional* Click on Filters and sort by completion percentages, group, or verification.

  4. Click the subject name.

  5. Click By User to see the completion percentage for every person assigned the subject.

  6. Click Topic/Test to view the average completion percentage for each topic or test within the subject.

⬇️ Download a subject report:

  1. Click on the Reports tab on the left navigation.

  2. Click on the Subject Report option.

  3. *Optional* Click on Filters and sort by sort by completion percentages, group, or verification.

  4. Click Download CSV.

  5. A CSV file of the report will send directly to your email on file!

    πŸ“Note: If you downloaded a report with the same filters applied before, your CSV might export to your computer's desktop!

Download a subject user report:

  1. Click on the Reports tab on the left navigation.

  2. Click on the Subject Report option.

  3. Click on the subject name you want to view individual teammate reporting for.

    1. This will lead you to the "By user" sorting automatically.

  4. Press Download .csv to get a copy of the individual teammate reporting emailed directly to you.

Now that you have a pretty good idea of what the subject reports page looks like - use the guide below to dig deeper into the Filters feature. πŸ”Ž

From the subject reports page:

Completion score - Use this section to sort your results to correspond with completion score levels.

πŸ—’οΈNote: The vertical bars in this section represent the amount subjects at this overall completion score level.

Group - Sort your results to see which subjects are assigned to team members belonging to a certain group.

Verification - Filter by "Verified" or "Unverified" content.

After clicking on a subject within the subjects reports page, the same filters will be available.


πŸ‘±β€β™€οΈ People reports

Get an in-depth look at where your team members stand with their completion scores for their subjects and topics. Download a report to share with your team or save it for later.

πŸ‘€ View individual team member reporting on the people reports page:

  1. Click on the Reports tab on the left navigation.

  2. Click on the People Report section.

  3. Find the name of the person you are viewing reporting for.

  4. You can see their completion percentage under their row's Completion score tab.

  5. Press View Details under the Actions column to view the completion score for each subject the team member is assigned.

⬇️ Download a people report:

  1. Click on the Reports tab on the left navigation.

  2. Click on the People Report section.

  3. *Optional* Click on Filters and sort by completion score, group, or last active date.

  4. Click Download CSV.

  5. This will send a CSV file of the Report directly to your email on file!

Last active - Sort your results to view team members by their last active date in Trainual.

When viewing an individual team member:

Status - Sort your results to view subjects that are either "Not Started," "In progress," "Completed," or "Overdue."

Completion score - Use this section to sort your results to correspond with completion score levels.

E-signature - Sort your results to view subjects assigned to the team member that have been e-signed, are awaiting e-signature, or do not require an e-signature.

Tests - Sort your results to view subjects assigned to a team member that either have a test required or subjects that do not.

Group - Sort your results to see which group(s) a team member belongs to.

  1. Click on the Reports tab on the left navigation.

  2. Click on the Latest Activity section.

  3. *Optional* Click on Filters to sort by user, subject, or activity type.

  4. View all recent activity in your account!

✍️ Download an e-signature report for an individual team member

  1. Click on the Reports tab on the left navigation.

  2. Click on the People Report section.

  3. Click on the team member whose signature you would like to view.

  4. Click on the dropdown arrow next to the subject where the e-signature lives.

  5. Under the Actions column, press the download arrow.

  6. The report will automatically download.
