      The Trainual App For iPhone & Android

      Learn how to download and log into the Trainual App from an iPhone and Android device.

      With our mobile app, you can put your entire playbook right in your pocket! This is especially handy if you or your teammates work remotely, out in the field, or are generally on the go.


      üëâ Before you start:

      • The mobile app is available for all plans and permission levels.

      • The Trainual app is intended for users to complete training, refer back to policies and procedures, and search for content on their iPhones, Androids, or iPads. To build brand-new content, you must access Trainual via a desktop browser.

      • Check your device's compatibility by using the steps listed in this article.

      To check your iPhone's compatibility:

      In order to download and use the Trainual mobile app successfully, your iPhone must be running on iOS 17.0 or later. To check your phone’s compatibility...

      • Go to ‚ÄúSettings" on your phone.

      • Click ‚ÄúGeneral.‚Äù

      • Select ‚ÄúAbout.‚Äù

      If your iPhone is not compatible, simply go back to “General” > click “Software Update” > click “Download and Install.” If this option is not available, please contact the Apple support team for additional insights.

      To check your Android's compatibility:

      In order to download and use the Trainual mobile app successfully, your Android must be running on Android OS 6.0 or later. To check your phone’s compatibility...

      • Go to ‚ÄúSettings‚Äù on your phone.

      • Click ‚ÄúAbout Phone.‚Äù

      • Scroll down to ‚ÄúAndroid Version.‚Äù

      If your Android phone is not compatible, simply go back to ‚ÄúSettings‚Äù > click ‚ÄúSystem Update‚Äù > download by clicking ‚ÄúYes.‚Äù If this option is not available, please contact the Google support team for additional insights. 


      To download the Trainual app on your iPhone: 

      Start by clicking here for the iPhone app download page: üîó App Store Preview.

      1. Go to the home screen of your iPhone.

      2. Find and open the App Store application.

      3. Click the Search button from the bottom right corner.

      4. Use the search bar at the top of the page to type in “Trainual," then select the corresponding listing.

      5. Hit the “Get” button once you see it available on the Trainual app page.

      6. Complete any system security measures, like double-clicking your power button on your phone and/or completing facial recognition. Otherwise, just hit “Install” to continue.

      7. Open your app once it's installed and follow the "To log into the Trainual App" instructions listed later in this help article.

      My device is saying I need an Apple account/ID and password to download an application. What do I do?

      You will need to be sure an Apple account/ID and password are linked to the device you are attempting to use in this process.

      If you do not know or remember your Apple ID (which is normally an email address), contact Apple support directly or see their online resources for assistance. After you've put in your Apple credentials, Trainual will begin to download.


      I thought the Trainual app download was free. Why is it trying to charge me to download it? 

      Your phone may mention or alert you that it is “Processing Payment” at the bottom of the screen to let you know that the application is installed.

      Don’t panic! The Trainual application is, and always will be, completely free. You are not being charged to take these actions 👍


      To download the Trainual app on your Android:

      Start by clicking here for the iPhone app download page: üîó Google Play Preview.

      1. Go to the Home Screen of your Android.

      2. Click the “Google Play” application.

      3. Click the white search bar at the top of the page and type in “Trainual.”

      4. Click “Go.”

      5. Click on the Trainual icon > click “Install” > and click “Accept.”

      6. Open your app once it's installed and follow the "To log into the Trainual App" instructions listed later in this help article.

       


      To log into the Trainual app for the first time:

      1. Open Trainual from your mobile device.
      2. Log in using the email and password associated with your Trainual account and click "Sign in." If you've forgotten your password, simply reset it.
      3. Hit “Account,” select the desired account from the drop-down menu, and use the “Select” button to proceed.
      4. Navigate through all the informational prompts and action items by selecting “Next” to move forward.
        1. Optional: Choose “Notify Me” and “Allow” to enable notifications to come through from the Trainual application so you never miss a beat! 💪
        2. Click “Let’s Go!” to finalize your choices, and hop into Trainual to get started!

      📝 Please note: When you log in using the mobile app, you will see the “Home" page at the top of the application, letting you know that you are in the central zone to go through all the sections you have access to and the features the Trainual mobile app offers.
