You can easily change your password within your account, or reset it if you forgot!

To change your password:

  1. Click the three dots on the bottom left-hand corner of your screen to the left of your profile picture and select "My Settings"

  2. Click the dropdown for the "Password" section

  3. Fill out the sections with your current & new password

  4. Click "Save Changes"

  5. You will get an alert that your profile was successfully updated!

To reset your password:

  1. Ensure you are logged out of any Trainual platform (this is important when using shared computers)

  2. Go to your team's login page using your Google Chrome browser

  3. Click the "Forgot password?" link

  4. Enter the email that is associated with your team's Trainual account (if you have multiple emails, be sure you are putting the one you signed up with)

  5. Click "Reset"

  6. A password reset email will be sent to you from [email protected]

🔥 Tip: Be sure to add our [email protected] to your Safe Senders list to get your reset email in your inbox. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders if you don't see your email in a couple of minutes.
