Step 1 - Review the subject settings:
Navigate to the category where your Subject lives (Company, Policies, or Processes).
Click the subject you want to publish.
From the subject editor screen, click the "More Options" button and select "Edit Subject."
Review the title, subject owner, and description. Edit as needed.
Review each advanced setting. Turn them on or off as needed.
Step 2 - Publish:
Click the Publish toggle.
Review the topic statuses.
Select either "Publish as is" or "Finish all and publish."
Publish as is will publish only the finished topics and tests. As the remaining topics and tests are marked "finished," they will be published automatically.
Finish all and publish will automatically mark all unfinished topics and tests as finished and publish them.
Assign users will only appear if users still need to be assigned to the subject.
Assigned people will receive a notification via email in their daily digest and/or via the Trainual app letting them know there is new content available.
