Trainual automatically calculates the estimated time it will take someone to complete each Subject and Topic. You can enable this feature for your whole account.
To enable Time Estimates:
Click your profile icon on the top right corner of the screen and select Account Settings
Scroll down to the Advanced Settings section and expand it
Toggle the Enable time estimates? option on
When Time Estimates are enabled for your account, you will see the estimated time that it will take to complete a Subject and Topic when you are editing content.
Your teammates will see the estimated time that it will take to complete a Subject and Topic as they are consuming content.
📝 Please note: Time estimates exclude the time it would take your teammates to watch any embedded videos fully.
