Completion certificates can be used as symbols of achievement and recognition for the hard work your teammates are putting into mastering their training. Showcase your team's diligence and maintain proof of industry standards by enabling this feature.

πŸ‘‰ Before you start:

  • All plans have access to the completion certificate feature.

  • All permission levels have access to obtain their individual completion certificates, but only Billing Admins, Admins, and Managers (for Managers' direct team reports) can access other teammates' completion certificates.

  • πŸ“ Please note: After a team member completes a subject with a completion certificate enabled on it, they'll be emailed a PDF copy automatically and can also access these copies again at any time from their "Home" page. πŸ“©

  4. Make sure the "Enable beta features" toggle is turned ON, then push the toggle setting for the "Completion certificates" to the ON position to enable this feature.

  2. Locate and open your subject from within the tab where it currently "lives" β€” Company, Policies, or Processes.

  3. Click on the three dots from the top right-hand side of the subject editing page.

  4. Choose "Edit subject settings" from the drop-down menu.

  5. Check the box for "Award certificates upon completion?" under the "Advanced subject settings" area to turn this feature on.

  6. Click "Save" to apply this change.

  • Click on the person's name to open their profile page.

  • Locate the "Subjects assigned" section of this page and hit "Manage."
