Update Completion Percentages

Learn how to mark an individual trainee's assigned subjects, topics, and tests to 100% completed or clear them back to 0%.

Teammates with Admin+ permissions or group manager access can clear out or mark fully complete individual or group training subjects, topics, and tests.


To clear completions for a subject:

  1. Open the "Account" tab from the left-hand navigation.

  2. Choose "Manage users" from the drop-down menu.

  3. Click the name of the team member whose completion(s) you wish to clear to 0%.

  4. Click the "Manage" button under the "Subjects assigned" section of their profile.

  5. Press the "Clear Completion" button to begin selecting training to clear.

  6. Locate the subject titles you wish to make updates to and click their checkboxes.

  7. Hit the "Clear Completion" button to reset those subject completions to 0%.

Clear Specific Topics & Tests

The individual topics and tests that were chosen to be updated.

Under the "Clear Completion" view, hit the drop-down arrow next to a subject name to see all topics and tests within that subject.

Select the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the topics and/or tests you wish to clear.

Push the "Clear Completion" button to finalize the change.

Bulk-Clear Completions

Every published subject, topic, and test assigned to a single trainee.

Under the "Clear Completion" view, press the "Select all" checkbox at the top of the content list instead of each individual subject, topic, and/or test.

Push the "Clear Completion" button to finalize the change.

Alternative

Bulk-clearing all trainees' completions on a single subject.

The share changes feature allows for a complete resetting of completion scores to 0% for all trainees assigned to that one subject.
