The ability to export content in a PDF format can be enabled or disabled for your whole account.
To enable exporting:
Expand the Account options from the left-hand navigation menu.
Choose Settings.
Scroll down to the Advanced Settings section.
Toggle the Enable PDF downloads? option on.
📝 Please note: When you enable exporting, any person in your account with editing + publishing capabilities for a subject will be able to export it. This includes those with Billing Admin, Admin, and Author permission levels, subject owners, and those with "Edit" permissions for the Subject.
