The ability to export content to PDF format can be enabled or disabled for your whole account.
To enable exporting:
Navigate to Account Settings by clicking your profile icon on the top right corner of the screen and selecting "Account Settings"
Scroll down to the Advanced Settings section
Toggle the "Enable PDF downloads?" option on
📝Please note: When you enable exporting, any person in your account with editing + publishing capabilities for a Subject will be able to export it. This includes those with Billing Admin, Admin, Manager, and Author Permission Levels; Subject Owners; and those with "Edit" permissions for the Subject.
Now, you're ready to export your content to PDF format.
