How Do I Cancel My Account?

Looking to cancel your account? 👀 Before you leave, a Trainual rep can help! Click the chatbot icon on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen in this help center, or email us at support@trainual.com to inform the team of what's going on. There are so many training and playbook-building resources that could possibly help your case!

Alternatively, if there is a better time to come back to Trainual, you can always put your account on hold instead or look into downgrading your plan for a cost-effective update.

But if you reeeeaaaally need to cancel, you can do so at any time in-app. When you process your cancelation within your account, you will receive no further charges, and your account will automatically deactivate at the end of your current billing cycle.


To cancel your Trainual account:

  1. Log into your Trainual account with your Billing Admin credentials.

  2. Expand the "Account" options from the left-hand navigation menu and choose the "Billing & plans" page link.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click the "cancel subscription" link under the "Refer a friend" banner to open up the different menu options to take on the account.

  4. Acknowledge that you are canceling from this new window by pressing the checkbox to confirm you understand the conditions of proceeding with a cancellation.

  5. Press "Next" from the bottom of the page to continue.

  6. Select a reason for your cancellation, then hit the "Next" button.

  7. Share (optionally) why you no longer want/can stay with Trainual.

  8. Click "Cancel plan" at the bottom of the page to finalize your choice.

📝 Please note: Your account is now set to be canceled at the end of your current billing cycle. Be sure to export all desired content well before this timeframe, as you will not have access to the account, its content, or its data after the cancelation is finalized.
