• The information below is best suited for content creators with Author+ permissions. For more specifics around which areas of the account and pieces of content your employees can access, review their permissions and subject content access.

How to add a premium course:

1. Expand the "Marketplaces" options from the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Choose "Courses & templates."
3. Browse "Premium courses" by selecting a category, industry, location, or search using a keyword. 
   
   
   
   
4. Hit the "Preview" button next to a course title you're interested in adding. 
5. Review the training details and click "Add course" in the upper right-hand corner.
   
   
   
   
6. Decide which content category this course should fall under (company, policies, or processes) and select a subject owner using the pop-up window.
7. Click the "Add course" button to apply the subject and the "View the course" button on the next pop-up message to review the subject in your account.
   
   
   
   

📝 Please note: Premium courses are automatically kept up to date as regulations evolve and are set up for recurring training cycles every 12 months. 

FAQs:

Who writes these courses, and how do I know they are compliant?
All premium courses are created by HR, industry, and legal experts. For quality assurance, two third-party law firms vet these trainings. They are also designed to exceed federal and state standards, with law changes monitored weekly and courses updated directly following any law changes. Contact us if you'd like more information.


Can I edit or personalize premium courses?

Because most of these trainings are certified to meet local, state, federal, or other regional training requirements, they cannot be edited. 


Who can add premium courses to our company training? 
Once the feature add-on is purchased, anyone with Author+ permissions in the account can apply a premium course training. 


Can I purchase a single course a la carte?
Not yet. However, by unlocking the unlimited premium courses feature, you get access to all 350+ current trainings we offer, plus all that will be added in the future, giving you a rich variety of learning options that will grow with your company.


Can a premium course be completed in the Trainual iOS or Android mobile app? 
This is on our roadmap. But at the moment, completing premium courses can only take place under the Trainual desktop.


Can I include a premium course as part of a training path? 
Totally! Learn more about setting up training paths here.  

Can I set up any in-app premium course notifications? 
We do not currently provide notifications related to premium courses. However, you can track the latest activity for your training under the "Reports" page.


How can I submit my feedback and ideas about features?
