(Step 1) Prepare and publish your subjects:

Take a moment to review your current content.
- Look over your subjects to make sure they've been developed as far as they need to go for now (remember, documentation is always on going.)

Customize each content experience.
- Use advanced subject settings to enhance your training by including:
  - Force ordering of content completion to ensure your team consumes topics and tests within a subject in a specific sequence.

  - Expiring completion dates on subjects that need frequent refreshers.
Roll out the content to your teammates.
