Teammates can adjust the presentation of information in their preferred language to prevent misinterpretations or misunderstandings. šŸ—£ļø Currently, you can provide translations for users in the following languages:Ā  | Spanish (EspaƱol) | French (FranƧais) | | --- | --- | | Portuguese (PortuguĆŖs) | German (Deutsch) | Ā  --- ### How to set a language preference: *Option #1:* Using the top navigation bar. 1. **Click on your picture** (or initials if you still need to add your [**avatar**](https://help.trainual.com/en/articles/5593580-change-your-avatar?hsLang=en) šŸ˜‰) in the upper right-hand corner of the [**top navigation bar**](https://help.trainual.com/en/articles/6038273-top-navigation?hsLang=en). 2. **Locate the language option** and open the drop-down menu. 3. **Select your preferred language**. The desired changes to the platform will occur automatically. *Option #2:* Using the "My settings" page. 1. **Click on your picture** (or initials if you still need to add your [**avatar**](https://help.trainual.com/en/articles/5593580-change-your-avatar?hsLang=en) šŸ˜‰) in the upper right-hand corner of the [**top navigation bar**](https://help.trainual.com/en/articles/6038273-top-navigation?hsLang=en). 2. Locate and open the "[**My settings**](https://help.trainual.com/en/articles/4101948-update-my-settings?hsLang=en)" **page**. 3. Find the "Profile" option titled "**Language used for Trainual**" and click on the downward arrow. 4. **Select your preferred language**. The desired changes to the platform will occur automatically. Ā  --- ### Common translation needs and scenarios: Here are a few ways you can make multi-language support more flexible to meet your teamā€™s unique needs.Ā  #### šŸ“‘ Keeping subject content "as-is." There may be times when presenting subjects in their original format is needed or necessary. For example, when youā€™re training in more than one language within a pageĀ or when legal descriptions must be shown to the team untouched. Regardless of the reason, updating an individual subject's settings will stop multi-language support from translating the subject's displayed content [**at the pageĀ level**](https://help.trainual.com/en/articles/5578224-create-add-content-to-a-step?hsLang=en). 1. **Click on the three dots** to the right of your subject title from the subject edit page. 2. Choose "**Edit subject settings**" from the drop-down menu options. 3. Open the "**Advanced subject settings**" **section** by clicking on the downward arrow. 4.
