Definition of a seat:

A seat is just our fancy way of saying a person who has their own profile and access to your company's Trainual account.

Seats work best as individualized platform experiences and include all permission types, from Admins (typically creators) to General users (typically consumers).

Review your current seat number:

  1. Expand the "Account" options from the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Select "Billing."

  3. Review the "Seats" details under the "Overview" tab.

๐Ÿ“ Please note: If you need to add more seats, follow this guide. If you need to downgrade your seat count, please contact support.
