When learners are exposed to engaging multimedia content, they are more likely to stay focused and motivated, as well as actively participate in the training process.
ð Please note: Only content creators will have access to this feature. For more specifics around which pieces of content your teammates can see and update, review their current permissions and subject content access levels.

To access all the multimedia options available for test:

Navigate to the "Content" page from the left-hand menu.

Locate and open the subject you'd like to update a test under from the content section it is currently being "housed" in â either Company, Policies, or Processes.

Hit the title link of a test to open its editing page.

Click on a test question textbox to activate the multimedia menu.

Press the down arrow symbol next to the "+ Insert" button and choose the option you'd like to proceed with â follow all remaining in-app prompts.
