What is a Trainual subject?
Think of Trainual subjects like textbooks you're creating, where your subject titles and descriptions serve as the name and preview of the book. You'd want to tailor that information to immediately help your reader understand the context and relevancy of what they are about to start reading and seeing.
Examples:
Subject title | Description |
Company Perks & Benefits | In this subject, you'll learn all things benefits - our perks, our plan details, health insurance 101, and some of our ongoing incentive programs like our Experience Fund & our Employee Referral Program. |
At-will Employment Policy | This policy outlines our employer/employee relationship, including conditions of terminating that relationship. |
Front Desk Processes | This subject will provide the information necessary to successfully complete front desk job duties. |
🔥 Tip: Overall, your goal with subjects should be categorizing and organizing the type of training you are providing to your employees. Focus on intentionality!
